economy, research &amp; technology and culture<\/li>\n<li>To enhance ties in education, energy, transport, tourism, environmental protection, etc.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain and ensure peace, security and stability in the region<\/li>\n<li>To establish a democratic, fair and rational new international political &amp;
