{"id":3646,"date":"2023-03-03T10:19:47","date_gmt":"2023-03-03T04:49:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=3646"},"modified":"2025-03-26T16:57:57","modified_gmt":"2025-03-26T11:27:57","slug":"what-is-the-sathee-self-assessment-test-and-help-for-entrance-exams-platform","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/what-is-the-sathee-self-assessment-test-and-help-for-entrance-exams-platform\/","title":{"rendered":"What is the SATHEE (Self Assessment Test and Help for Entrance Exams) Platform?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>About the SATHEE Platform:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>SATHEE is a new <strong>initiative by the Ministry of Education in association with IIT Kanpur<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>It provides Indian students with a <strong>self-paced interactive learning and assessment platform to prepare for competitive and other exams.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It will help students gain access to training and <strong>coaching for competitive examinations for free.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>SATHEE <strong>aims to make the students learn the concepts and focus on their weak topics<\/strong> so they feel confident to give any exams <strong>by watching videos prepared by IIT and IISc faculty members.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It provides <strong>free learning resources, including 800 videos in 12 regional languages.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The platform will also provide <strong>regular all-India mock tests<\/strong> to help prepare for competitive exams, in addition to <strong>mentorship sessions by IIT and AIIMS students<\/strong> who <strong>shall act like SATHEES.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The interactive programme <strong>is currently open for coaching help for\u00a0 JEE\u00a0 and NEET.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>It <strong>makes use of<\/strong> an indigenously-developed <strong>AI programme called Prutor<\/strong>, which was <strong>developed by IIT-Kanpur.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Q1)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>What is SWAYAM Portal?<\/h3>\n<p>Swayam is a platform that facilitates hosting of all the courses, taught in classrooms from Class 9 till post-graduation to be accessed by anyone, anywhere at any time.
