At least five people died in the aftermath and some were injured.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Impact of this judgement on Trump\u2019s candidacy for 2024<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Trump has said he will contest the ruling and the case is then likely to go to the US Supreme Court.<\/li>\n<li>Section 3 has \u201crarely been tested\u201d in court.
