Affairs (MCA) has waived additional filing fees for 13 key e-forms after announcing a three-week shutdown of its MCA21 portal to complete the nationwide migration from Version 2 (V2) to the new MCA21 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">launched the MCA 21 portal in <\/span><b>2006.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The portal enables <\/span><b>secure and easy access to MCA services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in an assisted manner <\/span><b>for professionals, corporate entities, and the general public.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Objective<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: The MCA21 application is designed to<\/span><b> fully automate all processes related to <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the proactive <\/span><b>enforcement and compliance of the legal requirements unde<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">r the <\/span><b>Companies Act, 1956,<\/b> <b>Companies Act, 2013, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and<\/span><b> Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This will help the business community to meet their statutory obligations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The MCA 21 portal aims at <\/span><b>interoperability with the National e-Governance Services Delivery Gateway
