The weather within the central regions of these anticyclones is typically clear and quite cold. The strength of polar anticyclones is <\/span><b>greatest near the Earth\u2019s surface.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It <\/span><b>frequently migrate eastward<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and equatorward in the winter season, bringing cold waves to warmer latitudes.
