While most form new stars, elements key to life, such as carbon and oxygen, are also emitted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In spite of their distance from our Earth, they still bear an influence on it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These stars can be <\/span><b>considered the predecessor to black holes.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This occasionally leads to black hole binaries, where two black holes orbit around each other.
