In this article, we are going to cover all about article 191 of the Indian constitution.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 191 of the Constitution of India<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Constitution of india states the following about the Article 191:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The provision states that a person cannot be elected or serve as a member of a State Legislature if disqualified.
