Scarring comes from long-term inflammation in liver<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is accompanied by <\/span><b>distortion of both blood and lymphatic vessels<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the liver and intestine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Causes:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Some of the common causative factors include <\/span><b>alcohol, NASH (Non-alcoholic Steato-Hepatitis) and hepatitis B and C viral infections.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cirrhosis often has no symptoms until liver damage is serious. When <\/span><b>symptoms do happen, they may include<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: extreme tiredness, easily bleeding or bruising, loss of appetite, swelling in the legs, feet or ankles, called edema etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Treatment of liver cirrhosis: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cirrhosis can be treated if diagnosed early.
