The constitution is the law of the land helping in establishing the rules of the society. It helps in avoiding the abuse of power, promotes justice and equality and allows citizens to take part in decision-making. It makes sure of accountability, helps avoid abuse of authority, and frames a collective force for national identity, fostering stability and democracy.
