


{"id":59614,"date":"2025-08-16T12:38:50","date_gmt":"2025-08-16T07:08:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=59614"},"modified":"2025-08-16T13:34:18","modified_gmt":"2025-08-16T08:04:18","slug":"pradhan-mantri-viksit-bharat-rozgar-yojana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/pradhan-mantri-viksit-bharat-rozgar-yojana\/","title":{"rendered":"Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana Latest News<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recently, the Prime Minister announced the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>About Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It provides direct cash incentives to eligible employees and employers to boost formal job creation.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Aim:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The scheme aims to support <\/span><b>creation of over 3.5 crore jobs in two years.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Key Features of the Scheme<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Part A \u2013 Support to First-Time Employees<\/b>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Targeting first-time employees registered with EPFO, this Part will offer one-month EPF wage up to <strong>Rs 15,000 in two installments.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employees with <\/span><b>salaries up to Rs 1 lakh<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be eligible for the incentives. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <strong>1st instalment<\/strong> will be payable after 6 months of service and the 2nd instalment will be payable after 12 months of service and completion of a financial literacy programme by the employee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To encourage the habit of saving, a portion of the incentive will be kept in a savings instrument or deposit account for a fixed period and can be withdrawn by the employee at a later date.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Part B \u2013 Incentives for Employers<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This part will encourage generation of additional employment in all sectors, with a special focus on the <\/span><b>manufacturing sector.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The employers will get incentives in respect of\u00a0 new employees with salaries up to Rs 1 lakh. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Government will incentivize employers, up to <strong>Rs 3000 per month, for two years<\/strong>, for each additional employment, sustained\u00a0 for at least six months.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>For the manufacturing sector<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, incentives will be extended to <\/span><b>the 3rd and 4th\u00a0 years as well.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Incentive Payment Mechanism: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All payments to the First Time Employees under Part A of the Scheme will be made through <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/direct-benefit-transfer-dbt\/\" target=\"_blank\">DBT<\/a> (Direct Benefit Transfer)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mode using <\/span><b>Aadhar Bridge Payment System (ABPS).<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Payments to the Employers under <\/span><b>Part B will be made directly into their PAN-linked Accounts.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Source:<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pib.gov.in\/PressReleasePage.aspx?PRID=2156794\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PIB<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana provides direct cash incentives to eligible employees and employers to boost formal job creation.
