digital solutions, the Union Health Ministry is all set to launch the e-Sushrut@Clinic. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>About e-Sushrut@Clinic<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It provides a <\/span><b>lightweight, cloud-based Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) for outpatient clinics.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This government-backed HMIS is designed<\/span><b> specifically for small and medium healthcare providers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, including general practitioners, specialists, clinic administrators, pharmacists, and lab technicians.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It can also be used by <\/span><b>allied health workers and staff for administrative tasks.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The platform includes<\/span><b> modules for outpatient management, pharmacy, and nursing, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and is designed to <\/span><b>digitise patient records, prescriptions, and billing.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It marks a pivotal step in<\/span><b> expanding the <a href=\"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/what-is-ayushman-bharat-digital-mission\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission<\/a> (ABDM) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ecosystem.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The application <\/span><b>developed by C-DAC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a 400;\">The <\/span><b>eSushrut HMIS software<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is currently in <\/span><b>use at 17 AIIMS and more than 4000 health facilities <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">all over the country.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>e-Sushrut@Clinic <\/b><b>Features<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Any healthcare provider<\/b> <b>can onboard<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> it from his\/her laptop\/mobile on a webpage<\/span><b> through their Health Facility Registry (HFR) and Health Professionals Registry (HPR).<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>If the healthcare provider is not registered<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on HFR\/HPR, they would be able to <\/span><b>register on eSushrut@Clinic itself.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The platform enables <\/span><b>small clinics, sub-centres, and medium-sized hospitals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to digitize patient records, prescriptions, and billing with minimal technical overhead.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The system <\/span><b>supports both online and offline functionalities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for seamless clinic operations.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It delivers essential functionalities at a <\/span><b>low per-user cost.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The system also <\/span><b>integrates several services from the ABDM,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> including the<\/span><b> AIIMS Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for hypertension and diabetes, which are provided free of charge for all ABDM-integrated software.\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This CDSS helps improve patient care by supporting doctors in making better diagnoses and
