{"id":61409,"date":"2025-11-16T14:14:30","date_gmt":"2025-11-16T08:44:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=61409"},"modified":"2025-11-18T13:44:59","modified_gmt":"2025-11-18T08:14:59","slug":"vrindavani-vastra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/vrindavani-vastra\/","title":{"rendered":"Vrindavani Vastra"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>Vrindavani Vastra Latest News<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Assam Chief Minister recently left for London to initiate the process of bringing back the revered Vrindavani Vastra from the British Museum.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>About Vrindavani Vastra<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a <\/span><b>400-year-old traditional textile from Assam,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> woven with the theme of Krishna\u2019s various exploits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>childhood stories of Lord Krishna in Vrindavan, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">his divine pastimes, and various events <\/span><b>are woven with thread on this cloth.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was<\/span><b> made of woven silk using the complex \u2018lampas\u2019 technique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
