text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a <\/span><b>wet lease,<\/b> <b>airlines acquire a fully operational aircraft along with a crew<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (pilots and cabin crew), <\/span><b>maintenance personnel, and insurance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (aircraft, crew, maintenance, and insurance).\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;
