Cold Desert Biosphere Reserve spans 7,770 sq. km. across Himachal Pradesh\u2019s <\/span><b>Lahaul-Spiti district<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Situated at altitudes ranging from 3,300 to 6,600 meters, the region represents one of the coldest and driest ecosystems in the world.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It covers landscapes such as windswept plateaus, glacial valleys, alpine lakes, and
