National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) their Productive Safety Net Program.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>About Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana &#8211; National Rural Livelihoods Mission<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is <\/span><b>a flagship poverty alleviation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> program implemented by the <\/span><b>Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It aims at <\/span><b>mobilizing <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rural poor <\/span><b>households into Self Help Groups<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (SHGs) and continuously nurturing and supporting them to <\/span><b>take economic activities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> till they attain an appreciable increase in income over a period of time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Objectives\u00a0<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access to formal credit;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support for diversification and strengthening of livelihoods; and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access to entitlements and public services.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Background<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>National Rural Livelihood Mission<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (NRLM) was <\/span><b>launched in 2010<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 by restructuring the erstwhile Swarnajayanti Grameen Swarojgar Yojana (SGSY).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>In 2016,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> it was renamed Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana \u2013 National Rural Livelihood Mission (DAYNRLM).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Funding:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The central and state governments jointly fund this <\/span><b>centrally sponsored scheme.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Four core components of Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana &#8211; National Rural Livelihoods Mission<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Social mobilization<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and promotion and strengthening of self-managed and financially sustainable community institutions of the rural poor women;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Financial inclusion;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sustainable livelihoods;
