{"id":72510,"date":"2025-11-08T15:29:54","date_gmt":"2025-11-08T09:59:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=72510"},"modified":"2025-11-08T15:30:22","modified_gmt":"2025-11-08T10:00:22","slug":"realcraft-portal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/realcraft-portal\/","title":{"rendered":"ReALCRaft Portal"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>ReALCRaft Portal Latest News<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recently, the government notified rules for \u201cSustainable Harnessing of Fisheries in the Exclusive Economic Zone\u201d and an Access Pass required for mechanized and large-sized motorized vessels can be obtained through the online ReALCRaft portal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>About ReALCRaft Portal<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Registration And Licensing of Fishing Craft<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><b>ReALCRaft<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) portal is developed as a <\/span><b>national online platform <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">under open source technology.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is developed<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by the Department of Fisheries, <\/span><b>Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry &amp; Dairying.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It provides <\/span><b>web-based,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> citizen-centric services to marine fishers and coastal States\/UTs for the <\/span><b>registration and licensing of fishing vessels<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, transfer of ownership, and related processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Objectives:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To develop a <\/span><b>modern, comprehensive and transparent vessel data management system <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in the country with the aim to enhance security features and to bring efficiency, transparency, accountability and reliability in services.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Features of ReALCRaft Portal<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integration with state-specific payment gateway (Bank \/treasury),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integration with security agencies to record the movements and track the vessels.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upstream integration with insurance agencies, subsidy schemems for eDBT.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Integration with ISRO facilitates<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> real-time communication with fishermen at sea.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integration &amp; data sharing with Govt.
