The high-altitude areas in the hills have natural grassy patches that provide ideal habitat for the herbivorous population.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fauna:<\/strong> Indian gaur, spotted deer, sambar deer, barking deer, wild boar, and black-faced langur. the Great Pied Hornbills, Black Panther, Slender Loris and the Giant Squirrel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Q1) What is a semi-evergreen forest?<\/h3>\n<p>A semi-evergreen forest is a type of forest that is intermediate between tropical rainforests and deciduous forests.
