style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">India&#8217;s Centralised Public Grievances Redressal and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) has seen a 74% reduction in public grievance pendency since 2021. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>About Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS)<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CPGRAMS is an <\/span><b>online platform available to the citizens 24\u00d77 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to <\/span><b>lodge their grievances <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to the public authorities on any subject <\/span><b>related to service delivery.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was <\/span><b>developed <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and monitored by the <\/span><b>Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions<\/span><b>.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a single portal <\/span><b>connected to all the ministries<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\/departments<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of the <\/span><b>Government of India and States.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Every ministry and state<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> have r<\/span><b>ole-based access <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to this system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CPGRAMS is also <\/span><b>accessible <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to the citizens <\/span><b>through a standalone mobile application <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">downloadable through the Google Play store, and <\/span><b>mobile application integrated with UMANG.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>status of the grievance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> filed in CPGRAMS can be<\/span><b> tracked<\/b> <b>with the unique registration ID<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> provided at the time of registration of the complainant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>grievances <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">received on the CPGRAMS shall be<\/span><b> resolved <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">promptly as soon as they are received but <\/span><b>within a maximum period of 21 days.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CPGRAMS also provides an <\/span><b>appeal facility<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to the citizens if they are not satisfied with the resolution by the Grievance Officer.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>After closure of grievance,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> if the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution, he\/she can <\/span><b>provide feedback.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>If the rating is \u2018Poor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019 the <\/span><b>option to file an appeal is enabled.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The status of the appeal can also be tracked by the petitioner with the grievance registration number.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Issues which are not taken up for redressal:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Sub-judice cases <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or any matter concerning judgment given by any court.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Personal and family disputes.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>RTI matters.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Religious matters.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><\/b><b>Anything that impacts <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">upon the<\/span><b> territorial integrity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight:
