Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) in an audit report tabled in Parliament.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana: An Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the 400;\">PMKVY provides <\/span><b>free skill training<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to eligible youth across a wide range of sectors such as construction, manufacturing, healthcare, electronics, retail, and services.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Training is conducted through approved Training Centres and Industry Partners.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A distinctive feature of the scheme is outcome-based funding, where payments to
