profile has shifted significantly over the last decade, marked by a sharp rise in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/upsc-exam\/non-communicable-diseases\/\" infectious diseases like tuberculosis and emerging viral outbreaks.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Climate change has further intensified health risks through heat stress, air pollution and extreme weather events, increasing morbidity and healthcare demand.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the same time, India\u2019s expanding pharmaceutical industry and growing role as a global medicine supplier have raised concerns over <\/span><b>drug quality regulation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, underscoring the need for stronger governance frameworks to protect public health.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Public Health Financing and Budgetary Constraints<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span
