This will be the\u00a0<strong>third operational airport in Arunachal Pradesh<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The name of the airport reflects the traditions and rich cultural heritage of Arunachal Pradesh and its\u00a0<strong>age-old indigenous reverence to the Sun (Donyi) and Moon (Polo).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>This is the\u00a0<strong>seventh airport to have been built in the Northeast in the last eight years<\/strong>. This rapid development of airports in the region is in keeping with the government&#8217;s emphasis on increasing connectivity.<\/li>\n<li>This is also the\u00a0<strong>first greenfield project in northeast India.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>What are greenfield projects?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A Greenfield project is a project built from scratch or from ground up and it lacks constraints of prior work.
