working languages of Mercosur are <\/span><b>Spanish and Portuguese<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Founding and Membership<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Established in 1991 by the <\/span><b>Treaty of Asunci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Mercosur\u2019s
