style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The WHO recommends at least 3 psychiatrists per 1,00,000<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight:
