processed through Jan Samarth portal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>About Jan Samarth Portal<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was launched on 6th June 2022.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was conceptualized with the twin objectives;<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Increasing the reach of the <\/span><b>Government sponsored schemes.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Streamlining the credit delivery process<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for all the stakeholders, through a multitude of credit linked Government schemes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>portal facilitates ease of access<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to all <\/span><b>beneficiaries, financial institutions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Central\/State Government Agencies, and Nodal Agencies.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Features of the Jan Samarth Portal<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a <\/span><b>digital<\/b> <b>marketplace with front-end user interface<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for beneficiaries, integrated with a wide range of centralized data sources.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It eases the loan application and disbursement process as the applicant can upload his application and the rule engine for approval of the applications is inbuilt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicants can apply for a loan on the portal which is <\/span><b>available on a 24\/7 basis.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It provides a <\/span><b>single-window facility<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for <\/span><b>15 Credit-linked Central <a href=\"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/important-government-schemes\/\" target=\"_blank\">Government Schemes <\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">application submissions and 254 <\/span><b>Member Lending Institutions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (including all Public Sector Banks) to choose from.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The portal will <\/span><b>check eligibility,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> give in-principle sanction and send the application to the selected Bank branch.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It will also <\/span><b>keep the beneficiaries updated<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at each stage of the journey, without necessitating multiple physical visits to bank branches.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is <\/span><b>available in 8 different languages<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> catering to the credit needs of a diverse range of beneficiaries.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It has a dedicated <\/span><b>grievance redressal channel<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for both beneficiaries and
