The project will provide <strong>access to clean natural gas for industries, CNG for vehicles and PNG for homes, promoting a sustainable lifestyle.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Total length of pipeline<\/strong> under Pradhan Mantri Urja Ganga Project is<strong> approx. 3,384 km,<\/strong> out of which 766 km of pipeline is in Odisha state and the balance 2,618 km is in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal &amp; Assam.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>seven main station cities<\/strong> include Varanasi, Patna, Bokaro, Jamshedpur, Kolkata, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar and Cuttack as the major beneficiaries of the project.<\/li>\n<li>The project is being <strong>implemented by GAIL.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Q1) What is CNG?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>CNG stands for Compressed Natural Gas. It is a type of fuel that is used as a substitute for gasoline, diesel, and other traditional fuels in vehicles.
