National e-Vidhan Application(NeVA) is a mission mode project implemented by the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs. e-Vidhan got re-designated as National e-Vidhan Application(NeVA) in 37 states and Union Territories including LoK Sabha and Rajya Sabha supported by National Informatics Centre.(NIC). The NeVA Project got its approval from the Public Investment Board and Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs in 2020.

Following the features of NeVA Project:
- NeVA Project is a member centric, user-friendly platform designed to align legislative processes. The app allows all parliamentary members to access all house business information on their phones and tablets, enabling better handling of legislative tasks. NeVA helps the government departments to manage operations by creating an inclusive digital department.
- NeVA Project being hosted by Meghraj National Cloud, ensures a secure, disaster proof, reliable functioning for all legislatures. The app allows Ministers and Members to manage all the parliamentary work like access to house proceedings, replies to questions, etc through the App.
- The NeVA e-Books have been made accessible for parliamentary members by installing them on member’s desks, providing features like e-Attendance, e-voting and complete digital proceedings.
- The App includes all features like notices, bulletins, starred/unstarred questions, business lists, calendars, press releases, questions and answers. Features like salaries, allowances and committee meetings and live webcasting of proceedings are also available.
- Ministers can request additional information directly using the NeVA. Through this App, parliamentary functions modernize efficient, transparent and paperless functioning.
