This would help bring new ideas and skills into the system.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">At the same time, UPSC has also launched a new Online Application Portal so that the application form filling can be done easily. This new system has four modules that simplify the registration and application steps.
