The goal is to help the students overcome financial burdens that stop them from pursuing their career of becoming an IAS, IPS etc.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">How to Receive Free UPSC Coaching in India<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">UPSC CSE is considered to be one of the most challenging examinations in India. Every year, lakhs of aspirants dream about becoming an IAS Officer. However, due to unavailability of funds a lot of students are unable to fulfil their dream. In order to help the aspirants, the state governments have taken up the initiative of supporting aspirants appearing for competitive exams by providing funding and tutoring.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">UPSC Scholarship Provided through Government Schemes<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The following State Government Schemes offer financial assistance to students preparing for Government Exam:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><b>Uttar Pradesh \u2013 CM Abhyudaya Yojana<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Abhyudaya Yojana, launched by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, provides free coaching (both online and offline) for aspirants of competitive exams such as UPSC, NEET, and JEE. The programme includes guidance and mentorship from serving IAS, PCS, and subject experts, aimed at bridging the accessibility gap for underprivileged students.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Uttar Pradesh \u2013 Dashmottar Scholarship Scheme<\/b><b><br \/>\r\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Originally designed as a post-matric scholarship, the Dashmottar Scholarship has been extended to support UPSC coaching for eligible candidates belonging to OBC, SC, ST, and EWS categories, subject to specified conditions.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li><b>Delhi \u2013 Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Delhi Government launched the Jai Bheem Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana for the General Category students as well as the SC, ST and OBC aspirants to provide either free or subsidised coaching for competitive and entrance exams including JEE, NEET, UPSC etc. the goal is to remove economical barriers and make sure that the deserving candidates belonging to low income families receive the best quality guidance for public, private and higher education opportunities.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Students will pay 25% of the coaching fee and 75% will be provided by the government.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the students having a total family income of Rs. 2 lakh and less will receive 100% fee coverage for students.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fee grants are transferred directly to coaching institutes in two installments.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Tamil Nadu \u2013 Naan Mudhalvan Scheme<\/b><b><br \/>\r\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Tamil Nadu government\u2019s Naan Mudhalvan scheme offers both financial and training support to UPSC aspirants.<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u20b97,500 per month for 10 months during Prelims preparation<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u20b925,000 for Mains preparation<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u20b950,000 for Interview preparation<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\r\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(Candidates can apply through the official portal)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Chhattisgarh \u2013 Rajiv Yuva Utthan Yojana<\/b>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This scheme provides free UPSC coaching (online\/offline) to candidates from SC\/ST\/OBC categories, along with a monthly stipend of \u20b91,000 to support basic needs during preparation.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Arunachal Pradesh \u2013 CM\u2019s Combined Civil Services Coaching Scheme<\/b>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0The scheme supports APST candidates with:<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u20b92 lakhs for Prelims<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u20b93 lakhs for Mains.
