Rohtang Pass

Rohtang Pass is a high-altitude mountain pass located at an elevation of around 3,978 metres (13,051 feet) above sea level in Himachal Pradesh. It lies on the Leh-Manali Highway (NH-3) and acts as an important link between Kullu Valley and Lahaul and Spiti Valley. The pass remains covered with snow for several months and is generally open only from May to November, depending on weather conditions.
