Aditya Srivastava, originally from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, earned his B.Tech and M.Tech degrees in electrical engineering from IIT Kanpur. In 2019, he began his career at Goldman Sachs in Bangalore, working in the private sector for 15 months. However, driven by a strong desire to serve his country, Srivastava left his lucrative job and returned to Lucknow to pursue his dream of becoming an IAS officer, fully committing to the civil services journey.
